Wife and kids did this for the wife's birthday .Bit expensive.But well organised and worth it for the looks on their faces after .Very close to Bluewater shopping so makes for a good day out

Was brought this as a secret Santa gift form my sister in law and we did it yesterday! Very efficient staff our booking was at 11am and by 11:15 we was booked up, suited up, had our safety talk and was driven to the... activity. All the staff are very friendly and put you at ease! The only thing I would say is as soon as we finished we were offered another go that day at half price this would’ve been better if we could’ve taken up the offer on another day as once you’ve done it you don’t feel the need to go straight back but you would potentially go another day at half price. Brilliant attraction, great setting efficient staff and process. Really good experience. Park at Victoria car park opposite, when you arrive at the dome the staff check you in then you get the equipment on before... watching a short safety video. Here their is a viewing area to watch zippers go by their is also a vending machine with coffee and snacks etc. You then wait for a minibus that takes you to the start, we waited 5/10mins and the journey is literally a few mins. Once at the top the staff are clear and communative with instructions and guide you through the final process. The zip line itself is great passing the nature reserve then passing the dome before finishing. Their is also a viewing area at the end underneath the end platform. From here to the dome is a easy 5 minutes walk. Really can't fault anything.👏read more

My family and I did the zipwire a couple of weeks ago and it was incredible!!We all had an amazing time flying down side by side and the staff were all friendly and very helpful.The bus driver Ian was friendly and... informative. I did the zip line on Sunday, 19 September at 3:45 I was completely terrified I wanted to try and push myself to the limits and fight my face when I got there the stuff is absolutely amazing when I got to the top of the... tower there was a lady with long brown hair and Greenie brownie eyes and she really helped me breathe and relax and calm me down her energy was absolutely amazing I was terrified and she gave me the strength to go I don’t think I could’ve done it without her I was so scared and shaking and I completely forgot her name when I got to the bottom of the zip line a beautiful Spanish girl helped me I was absolutely shaking and breathing really scared Lee and the beautiful Spanish girl you know gave me good energy and good positive vibes and said I did it to be proud of yourself and gave me a hug I honestly could have not done it without the amazing staff and team I am so grateful for those two girls and I feel so annoyed with myself I can’t remember their names they were absolutely amazing and I really want to thank them for making my experience amazing I called up the center asking for their names but they didn’t know so I’m so sorry but I’m so grateful that both of you ladies helped me fight my Fears of heights thank you for the amazing team and amazing experience definitely be recommending this place to my friendsread more

You have got to try this! I have wanted to do this for a while after seeing someone zipping past whilst I was parking up at Bluewater. I was aware the actual "flight" would be quick so I prepared myself to take in every... little bit of the experience as part of the package. When I got there the nerves started to kick in but I was given a warm friendly welcome and guided through each area by a very confident knowledgeable team who put me at ease. I was suited up in my flight bag/suit then taken to the tall tower for my flight, the guys at the top were waiting on hand to buckle me in and strap me up for my flight and then I was off...it was brilliant! Apart from the experience itself I would recommend paying the extra for the video, you get to see yourself flying from different angles & is a great keepsake of your experience, I have played this over & over so many times now.read more

Did the zip line today - fantastic, great fun! The facility is well run, the staff super friendly, efficient, and very accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely brilliant! Did this for my 18th birthday today and it was amazing. The staff were all very helpful and lovely. And during it felt very safe and secure. Definitely recommend!
