Go to the booking page and choose a date and time of your Zipline ride. Make sure all the members of your party are over 8, over 35kg and and under 120kg.
Allow up to an hour to complete the Zipline activity. This is particularly important during busy periods as the timings can vary significantly. On quieter days it can be quicker.
Make sure you enter your email address correctly. When you book you will receive an email confirming your booking details. If you do not, check you spam or junk. You don’t need to have your booking details with you when you come as we will have all your details.

On the morning of your booking you may get a text or email if the weather is particularly bad – this might result in the minimum or maximum weight being changed or in extreme circumstances cancellation of the flight. If we cancel we will rebook you.
Make sure you dress for an outdoor activity centre and appropriately for the weather. To go on the Skywire, you must wear closed-toe shoes that can fasten (trainers are best), shoulders must be covered, trousers or below the knee shorts must be worn (no skirts, dresses or short shorts). This is for safety, not because we are fashion snobs!
Hangloose Adventure can be found at Bluewater Shopping Centre. You then need the Village Car Park – Park there and the signs will point you to us.

There are great public transport links and cycle paths.
Your booking time is not your flight time, think of it as your check-in time and aim to arrive 10-15 minutes before then.

If you bought a photo/media pack, your wrist band will allow you to go online and pick up your photos and video.
